The problem
As president of a particular organization I had a board of VPs and no single place to see how each of them was doing. Finding out who was behind meant messaging people one by one.
What I built
A tracker with one row per VP showing their main target, progress, status and when they last updated. Anyone who hasn’t checked in gets flagged.
Result
I see the whole board on one screen and know who to follow up with before the weekly meeting.
